Technology and Merchandising of the Innovative Foodstuff

The scientifically-practical journal «Technology and merchandising of the innovative foodstuff is offered to your attention. The journal reflects sights and opinions on various scientific and practical problems of manufacture and realisation of food production. It is addressed not only to teachers of higher schools and post-graduate students, but also a wide range of workers of the food-processing industry and trade. There were a number of the reasons for creating this journal First, the information volume is growing, there are a lot of new newspapers and magazines, but the sphere of food technologies is behind the general tendencies on volume of the scientific production being published . Secondly, we would like to give our reader possibility of communicating with experts who have a professional knowledge, experience and desire to develop a domestic science. We suggest publishing the most interesting results of researches. It is necessary to note the diverse list of the journal headings. We would like to create a qualitative, objective and consequently useful journal.
