How to enter the university
People willing to enter the university should have secondary education, it should be approved by a legal document (certificate, diploma). Students willing to get the Master Degree should have the Bachelor Degree (diploma) or Specialist Degree (diploma) in the sphere they are eager to study at.
Necessary documents:
- Application form
- Diploma with marks
- Translation of the diploma and marks signed and stamped by notary in Russian
- Copy of international passport with address information igned and stamped by notary in Russian
- Medical certificate with test results (including certificate of the HIV-negative status of the applicant)
- 12 photographs, size - 3х4 cm, black and white
Translations of all educational documents should be signed and stamped by consulate or Embassy of the Russian Federation in the country of documents issuance.
If necessary documents should be legal recognized in Moscow. While coming to the Russian Federation the students should have a HIV test.
Immigration Advice
Invitation
To get an invitation you should send the passport copy of two first pages (through the mail, fax, or post) beforehand because the preparation may take from 1 till two months.
When invitation is got it is necessary to contact with Consulate of Russia, where the educational visa can be made with an indication of State University – ESPC.
The passport expiration date should not be less than 18 months from the date of visa valid!!!!!
When the students come to the university they should bring their passports, migration cards to the Department for work with the foreign students within two working days from the date they crossed the border.
Provisions necessary for hostel residence
1 .The students or post-graduate students studying in the university have a right to reside in the hostel.
2. The students or post-graduate students should have a written recommendation from the Department of social questions and educational work. .
3. Necessary documents :
• a written recommendation;
• passport;
• medical certificate;
• 2 photographs, size - 3*4
4. If the student or post-graduate student is expelled or graduates from the university he or she should leave the hostel within 10 days period
Additional expenses
The cost of the hostel, medical insurance, medical examination, cost of visa, are not included in the price of education.
